1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Woven AI Chat, an AI-powered chat platform available at ai.wovenwebtechnicalsolutions.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Woven Web Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Woven AI Chat is a cloud-based platform that provides users with access to AI-powered conversational tools. The Service allows you to interact with open-source AI models for assistance with writing, analysis, brainstorming, document processing, and general productivity tasks.

3. Pricing Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers. All prices are billed in USD on a monthly cycle.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. The trial includes full access to Starter-tier features for seven (7) calendar days from the date of account creation. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to any paid plan. If you do not subscribe, your account will be deactivated.

Limit: one free trial per user.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, store, or distribute illegal content or content that violates applicable law.
• Create harmful, misleading, or deceptive content, including misinformation or disinformation.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or Service infrastructure.
• Use the Service to build competing AI products or services without authorization.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers in a manner that disrupts Service availability or performance.

6. No Warranty

The Service uses open-source AI models that generate responses based on patterns in training data. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI responses will be correct, reliable, or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any output before relying on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woven Web Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may cancel your account at any time through the Service dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

9. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information on our servers.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. Contact us within 14 days of the charge.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue features, pricing, or functionality of the Service at any time. Material changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
